Clearing the site and preparing the area

The shed is on a concrete base and in the ideal location in our garden for the beehive or hives...

so it had to move!

A very untidy corner of the garden now!

Getting better, now to work out the angle and position and build a bit of a fence to avoid small children stumbling into the hive. The children are not here often and are very sensible and interested in the whole bee keeping idea so we don't anticipate any problems. 
If they want to play ball we will go to the park!!
